1. Share Your Dream Safari
Start by telling us your rough idea — travel dates, number of travelers, destination interests, and preferred activities. This doesn’t have to be perfect! A sketch is all we need to begin.
2. Let’s Talk – We Get to Know You
We’ll set up a call to understand your travel personality. We’ll ask about your past travels, style, interests, and budget. Then, our safari expert will follow up to fine-tune the details you might have missed. By the end of this phase, we’ll know exactly what kind of journey will suit you best.
3. We Craft and Refine Your Personalised Safari
Next, we get to work — selecting the right lodges, planning the most efficient routes, and maximizing your time for game viewing. You’ll receive a detailed proposed itinerary with estimated costs within 1–2 days. From there, we’ll refine everything together — flights, activities, dining, special permits, and more — down to the last detail.
4. Confirm, Prepare & Go!
Once you’re happy with everything, we confirm all bookings with a 40% deposit (and full payment for gorilla, chimpanzee, and golden monkey permits). We’ll send you a preparation package with your itinerary, packing list, and contact details. Two weeks before departure, you’ll receive your final travel documents.
